Godspeed and Go Bucs!!! Richard worked tirelessly to make sure every athlete had proper gear to compete. He was one of their biggest fans and would cheer the Bucs in every way.

What a nice man, the very first time I met him was Aug 1987. I was a skinny freshman and a little overwhelmed. I was introduced to him and called him Mr. Williams he insisted that I call him Richard like everyone else. This was hard for me to get use to because of how I was raised to respect your elders. So he corrected me every time I did not call him Richard. He allow me to be comfortable in a new environment and always treated me with great respect. I am happy to know he is...
