Not sure what to say?

We have lost such a beautiful spirit and kind soul. I met Dick on a cruise to Australia and New Zealand a little over two years ago. Always in a great mood no matter what was going on around him. Be at peace my friend.

I was very sorry to hear that Dick had passed away. He was such a wonderful person and I was always so happy to see him. My sincere sympathy to Allison, Leslie and Ben.

Dick was a mensch - a kind and generous man of integrity. My husband Javi and I have been so fortunate to have had Dick as a relative, friend and neighbor for many years.

I worked with Dick (fresh out of college & newly baptized) at Grace Cathedral. He could fix copy machines by laying hands on them . I feel so fortunate to have had his influence I my faith journey and later experience as a priest.

Mark Solomon One of the people I was fortunate to meet in my life was Dick Wilmington. We were realtors in the same community and worked together but with different companies. Dick brought in an offer on a listing of mine and it had some stressful moments. With the two of us working with our clients we got these issues resolved and closed the sale. We talked about having lunch and a few weeks later did just that. During our lunch we talked about a company that had been recruiting the two of...

My partner, Edward, and I first met Dick when he started at Grace Cathedral as Canon Pastor. He was always helpful and considerate. Over the years our friendship matured, and on one occasion as he and Bob were starting a round-the-world tour, I was in London and going down to breakfast was surprised to see them in the dining room with their traveling companions. It was one of those moments we enjoyed over the years of meeting spontaneously in Puerto Vallarta and elsewhere. We were living...

I was so fortunate to have met Dick and his family when he came to Grace Cathedral in 1970. He was a compassionate Canon Pastor and became a loving friend. His irreverent sense of humor brought about the most uproarious laughter from all of us within earshot. He celebrated my husband´s and my wedding in 1981 and was the realtor who sold us our first house in 1982. To Allison, Leslie, and Ben, and the rest of Dick´s family, I am so sorry for your loss. Kent and I loved Dick and his...

I met Richard "Dick" only 2 years ago on a Hawaii cruise. We found we had a lot in common so became friends and travel buddies quickly. I will remember his smile and kindness. How much he he was mindful of others feelings. No wonder why he had so many friends. He loved keeping up with the news, hiking, exercise, and of course playing Bridge. At the end of a day of activities, we would review our experiences and were thankful for being able to enjoy them. I am so thankful for the joy and...
