I had the opportunity to work with Richard at the 2020 Census. He brought laughter to the office along with a great work ethic. I worked closely with Richard on several projects over two weeks and got to know him well. My heart is heavy knowing he will not be making us smile at work. My thoughts and prayers are with Rachel, his daughter, and all of his loved ones. See you again someday friend.
