Richard, or as we liked to call him at the office "Big Daddy", was the best employer anyone could ever have. He truly cared about all of his employees and their families. I was fortunate to have 19 years of knowing and working with him. He and his family are like a part of my family...I am going to truly miss him. REST IN HEAVEN RICHARD

Mr. Winkler was a great man. I always took care Mr. Winkler at our service department at east Carolina Chrysler dealership. The one thing I will miss the most is his calm spirt no matter how bad thing may seem. My prayers goes out to the family. He will be miss dearly.
