To the family of Dick Wiseman; I met Dick when he and I worked for the PBCSO; I can never say enough good about him; but my memories are so very special as he spent so much time even in his younger years to helping young people; including my son; my son has a "knicknack" that Dick gave him as a reminder to be good;I have tried to find Dick and a few other deputies in Wpb but did not have any luck; so when I saw this obit; my eyes are filled with tears and my heart is broken; Dick was such a...

To the family of Dick Wiseman.. I stopped by and visited with Dick slightly before the service was to begin. I said a farewell to him and was forced to leave early. Dick graduated a year after me at St Ann's School.. I remember his smile, his attitude and the wonderful sense of humor. Our paths crossed again when I was on the City od WPB Police Dept. We would coffee somewhere on the side of the road and pass our tales. Ever friendly and a guy that loved his work. He hated to accept he lost...

To Pat and the rest of Dick's extended family:
I am sorry I am not able to attend the services today but my thoughts are with you. I remember the wonderful times we had together, especially the afternoon we cut classes to go to the circus and the afternoons we spent on the practice field. My prayers are with you.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Wiseman once in the last year. I met him through my fiance David Workman which looked to him as a grandfather, mentor, and friend. I don't think I have ever seen David show how important someone is as he did w/ Mr. Wiseman. I am very happy that I had the opportunity to meet him and greatful for the way that he touched David's life. I will forever be greatful for the love that he showed David and I know that he will forever be missed by someone that...

I will forever cherish the memories I have of you Uncle Rick. Although, not blood related you shared a bond with myself and my family that I can't begin to describe. May God comfort those who mourn the loss of you; you are gone but will NEVER be forgotten!
