Not sure what to say?

My deepest sympathy to Dick's sister Sarita. She is one of my dear classmates from Edison High School where Dick also graduated and she is in my thoughts and prayers on this day.

My sincerest sympathy goes out to Sarita, Dick's sister and his wife Betty. I have had the pleasure of knowing them for over 10 years. To this day, Sarita remains a close and cherished friend. May his family draw upon one another's love and support to help them through this difficult time. Those we love never truly leave us, they remain in spirit and are held near to our hearts eternally

I remember Dick when he attended St. Paul's United Methodist Church with his sister, Serita and other family members. My love and sympathy goes out to his family. You all will be in my prayers.

I had the privilage of meeting Betty and Dick through his sister Sarita. At all times I found them to be gracious and kind, my heart goes out to his family

Dick Witt was probably one of the most loyal human beings I ever met. His loyalty transcended all bounds, not being limited to family but extending far into his professional life and those with whom he had contact. He was the epitome of a mentor from all I heard from those who worked for and with him.

I knew Dick on a very personal level. He was a rock. He was a marshmellow. He loved like few men are able to love showing that love tenderly and sometimes toughly.

The good die...

I didn't have the honor of meeting Dick face to face but, I know of his reputation and the love and respect he had from his sister Sarita Witt West . I want to express my sympathy to the family and say use the good memories that you have of Dick . Sarita my good and dear friend I know your heart is breaking but, know your friends are near and here for you.
Miami Edison surely turned out the best of the best and the Witt family sure did their part to uphold that tradition. Marge and Mel...

My sympathy goes out to Dick's family;be proud of Dick's life as he was always heping someone and he picked a career in public service.I first met Dick at Edison High School and stayed friends with him through our adult life.We also worked with each other while representing the workers Dick in law enforcement and I in Telrcommunications.
He was always making sure the police was getting his share and credit for all the good they do.It was great knowing him .

I met Dick in High School at Miami Edison. He was ahead of me so he was one of the guys we looked up to. A great guy who I was in touch with over the years. Sorry to hear he passed away.

It has been a privilege to know you. Working with you at MPD has taught me much. You will be missed.
Thanks for the friendship over the years.
