Dear Steve and family. I am very sorry to hear about Richard's passing. He was a wonderful man and friend. I will never forget the times we had in working together. He was a great guy, He loved you very much, Velton had told me of his illness andthat he lived in Decatur. I was hoping to be in that area soon and visit him.
