We were so shocked to hear of Richard's passing and want to offer our deepest condolences to the family. When we lived in the Bay Area, we would run into Richard at various restaurants and always had a great time catching up about people that we knew as teenagers growing up in Hanford. He was always so cheerful, funny and a genuine caring individual. We'll truly miss him.
