Dick was my roommate at Bureau of Drug Abuse Control (BDAC) Special Agent Training class #3 at Cal/Berkeley in the summer of 1966 (wild times out there back then). He was a good guy and I seem to recall a good but somewhat wry/dry sense of humor.
