Not sure what to say?

I feel so lucky to have grown up listening to Dick's french horn heralding joy through the neighborhood. It was special to have some time with him at Rogerson House a few years ago. Wishing all Yoders peace and love.

Dear Isabel and family,

Dick's obituary leaves me wishing I had
known him better. He was a wonderful man who contributed so much with his passion for music and literature.
We send our love and condolences.

This obituary is a lovely tribute to Mr. Yoder. My sympathies are with you all at this stage of your loss. I have many memories of Mr. Yoder as a proud and attentive Brookline Dad at countless baseball and soccer games, band/orchestra concerts, and of course school graduations of every sort. He was one of the many adults who worked hard to make my/our childhood(s) rich, safe, fun, and interesting—a job he clearly loved.

Dear Isabel & family:
So sorry about your loss. I haven't seen Dick for 60 years, but will always remember him as a kind, caring, thoughtful young man - great musician & intellect. Fond high school memories in Wyomissing, PA.

Isabel and family, I so enjoyed hearing Dick play his horn when you were down here. He was a very gentle man, and I know he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Take care, Laura

Dear Isabel and family:

I am so sorry to hear Dick's passing. I am sure he is now at peace. I enjoyed the opportunity to know him through the years.

Fondly, Theresa

We shared many wonderful times with Dick, Isabel and the family. We wii always remember Dick as a kind and gentle friend.

I only played music with Dick a few times and I remember his service to the Town on School Committee and Town Meeting. I'm sad he's gone. It's good to think again about Dick.
