Dearest Jackie,

I am so saddened to learn of your Dad's passing. I've so many fond memories of him, and of your grandparents, Jeff, Mike, and sisters on my many visits to Penfield, when we were ALL so young.

Having lost touch with Rody after her move to your area, and my numerous moves, I very much wanted to wish you a happy 45th, and began calling the only other valid "Young number" I had, which was your Dad and Pam's. Eventually she and...

Pamela, although i was so happy to see you last night at the tennis match, I was so saddened by the news of Richard passing. I remember the days we passed in the halls of Kodak, and there was always a peaceful calm and happiness about him! My condolences to you and your family.

The Young Family,

Despite the fact that I was an intern, within minutes of meeting (and bonding over our love for cinema) he loaned me his Bolex to shoot a spec commercial. That was Richard. In an industry of nay-sayers, you could always count on his support.

Pamela, I am so, so saddened to hear of Richard passing. I haven't seen you both in such a long time, but have thought often of you both wondering what you were up to with that beautiful home of yours, the "puppies", your gardens, his cars, all of your adventures, which I loved hearing about when we would get together for our annual breakfast to catch up with each others lives. I didn't know Richard was ill and wish I could have been there for you in some way. As so many have said offering...

Jacqueline, I was so surprised and saddened to hear of your father's passing. I felt compelled to express my condolences. My mother-in-law passed a week before your father after a long illness also and I understand what a hard process and time that can be in your life. I have fond memories of your father and remember seeing you both at one of the filming locations for 'Washington the Man'. I still travel by that tree on the hill in Victor occasionally and always think of your father.

Pamela,
I have worked with Worldwide making their travel arrangements ~ including Richards for years. All of us at the office were so very sad to hear the news. I recently had the pleasure of viewing his latest work at the premier of Not My Life at Lincoln Center. He had an amazing eye and the movie that he worked so hard on with Robert is just increadible.

We shall all miss his creativity and kindness. Our most sincere condolences.

Pamela,

Words can't express the sadness I felt when I read about Richard's passing. He was a wonderful and talented man.

I found a quote by an unknown source and thought about you and Richard.

"When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure."

Richard will be treasured by many people.

You are in my prayers.

Pamela, fortemente rattristato tua notizia ,accetta le mie piu' profonde condoglianze. Luigi Casella

Dear Pam,
I was so sad to hear the news about Richard. The tribute in the paper was beautiful and I learned so much about Richard's history and background in much more detail....very enlightening. I am proud to have known him at work and on the volley ball court. I know you two were a match made in heaven, and that you will look forward to seeing him once again. You are in my prayers. Love, "One Eye" Renee
