Dr. Zimmern was my Pediatrician (and all 4 of my brothers' as well), and we missed him dearly when he moved from Stamford. He was kind, considerate, gentle, a good listener with a sense of humor that always made going to the doctor as a kid a pleasurable experience. My deepest condolences to his family and friends!

As a young and new mother back in Stamford, Dr Zimmern was always there, caring ... and supportive!!! I had the good fortune to speak with him a couple of years ago (here in Florida) ... and it is a conversation that I cherish!!! He has been missed in the pediatric world for a while ... and now he will be missed here on earth!!
My deepest and heartfelt sympathies to his family, who I can only imagine miss him dearly.

Dear Zimmern Family, Please accept my most sincere condolences on your father's death. He was such a wonderful man. He took care of my 3 children in the 70's and he was so wonderful with the children. I was just giving someone his sage words of advice the other day. He touched so many lives and is still remembered after all these years.
