Not sure what to say?

I´m so sorry to learn of Rich´s passing. He was a good and kind man. I will miss his friendship and his hugs.

Rich will truly be missed by his MB family! I worked with Rich on the Advocate Team and had the pleasure of being his Team Leader. Rich brought so much to our team with his smile, laugh, and caring personality. Rich never hesitated to lighten the harder moments with a joke and I think this was appreciated more then we realized and will be missed more then we could imagine! Prayers to all his friends and family! Rest easy, Friend! Forever Fishing!

I had the pleasure of working with Rich on the Advocate Team! I came on board six months after Rich and immediately I was welcomed with his BIG laughter that filled the room. Rich is one of the best cooks that I ever met. I was blessed that he shared a couple of his recipes. Rich will be missed! I send my condolences to Rich's family.

Rich you will truly be missed!! I worked with Rich during his duration at MB. This picture is the perfect reflection of how we all felt about you. Your personality was larger than life and you always kept us laughing while dropping knowledge along the way. Until we meet again my friend!

Hearing the passing of Rich was heartbreaking and shocking. I was an intern with the Advocates when he joined MB, immediately he was seen as the funny one you could always have a chat with. He'd make fun of me being Gen Z and I'd get on him for being GenX (or in his words "the last of the Titans.") He was unapologetically himself. Goodbye Rich, you'll be very much missed by your MB family...

I had the pleasure of working with Rich. He was always full of smiles. He will be deeply missed by our work family. Prayers to everyone Rich touched by his kindness and laughter.

I worked with Rich on the Advocate team. He always made our days entertaining with his sense of humor! I will miss hearing his stories about everything from fishing, his family and the Steelers! He is deeply missed in our office, and his kindness and humor will always be remembered. I am so sorry for your loss, and my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.
