Not sure what to say?

We will always remember his kindness and the fun cookouts at the house. We were blessed to know him and his family. Miss you. The Quilici's

Dear Belle family,
We just heard about Rick and we're so sorry for your loss. We always looked forward to Rick joining us and being part of our wrestling clinic. We will miss exchanging wrestling stories with him and will miss his sincere kindness to us and our California wrestling community. Sincerely, Bill & Vickie Grant

My condolences to Rick's family and friends. I met him only a few times in person yet was impressed as he was friendly, pleasant and fair businessman. I was always glad to work with him and to receive a package from him. I wish the family well.

As his coach I could always count on him to be at practice and at meets, giving his best effort. As I continued to coach I knew him as an outstanding wrestling official. I was fortunate to know Rick in college but we lost touch through the years. My deepest sympathy to the Belle family, especially to his wife and children.

My deepest condolences to Kim and your family. Rick was a friend and a member of our wrestling brotherhood.. May he rest in peace and may you and your family cherish the time you had together, as we all will miss him.

My sincere sympathy to the Belle Family. Though I have not seen Rick in a long time he was always laughing and enjoying life. R.I.P. Rick, you are missed by many people.

Rest In Peace Rick, you were always a good friend.

I recognize your face and saw the link to your obituary on a wrestling forum. Thank you for refereeing my first highschool wrestling match. R.I.P.
