Not sure what to say?

Memories of competing against Coach Bojak on the football field will always be a highlight in my career. Rest in peace, Coach. Stanley Finn

Rick, I just learned of your passing. This is such a sad day for me. Very few high school seniors are inspired by their
peers - you inspired me.
You were always on the right side of everything, and a friend to everyone
you met.
You will be very much missed, and forever
loved by many.

Mather reunion. Great guy, good friend, lived down the block from me on Artesian, I would sometimes stop by and we would walk together, peace Ricky.

Coach Bojak will be missed! I will always remember watching in awe, as he bench pressed over 400 lbs., as a freshman at old Jordan High in the pit, in 1981. His work ethic on multiple levels, serves as a great example for all those he came in contact with over his very short 66 years. I guess Billy Joel was right when he sang "Only the good die young".
Condolences to his family, our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult time.

There are people who touch so many people's lives but are unaware of how may people they have touched. I am sure that Rick was one of those people.

I was a high school classmate of Rick's and although I was not a close friend of his, I remember his humble and kind nature. He was a wonderful example of how to live a life.

I was with him the night that he left for Washington to begin his college career. It seems like yesterday.

I am truly saddened by his passing and want to...

On behalf of SUU Athletics I wanted to take the opportunity to send my condolences. During my tenure as Director of Athletics I have heard a multitude of great stories about Coach Bojak; a testament to the significant impact he had on many members of the SUU Family, an impact that continues to live on through the many great men he coached. Unfortunately an overseas trip precludes me from being there today to honor Coach Bojak, but everyone associated will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. B. Was an amazing, generous man! I really enjoyed getting to know him each week that he did PE when Brooklyn was in my 4th grade class! His love of life and children was infectious! His presence will be greatly missed...but Heaven just got a hero!

There are few days that I do not reflect on the positive impact Coach has had on my life. I will always remember his positive attitude and his devotion to his players and students.

Deepest Sympathies

Dear Janet and Jennifer,
Forty years ago, Rick and "Danger" brought a miracle into my life. My daughter is a beautiful woman now. I'm so thankful that our paths crossed. I've kept you in my prayers every day. I hope all the memories you shared help to fill the empty place in your heart. May God put his arms around you and bring you some comfort.
Love, Ellen
