Read More"If grandpa can´t fix it, we´re screwed." This was my motto too as a 20-year resident of Oakwood Manor. Rick helped me fix many a problem and always got me out of jams and problems in my 120-year old apartment. Loved the guy and he and I always joked in the hallway. Miss him a lot.
