Rick and a violinist whose name I cannot recall did a short Southwest tour with Jennifer Warnes (nee Jennifer, nee Jennifer Warrens) circa '71. Even though guitarists and keyboardists rarely mesh easily or agree upon anything Rick and I seemed to get along OK.

I was so sorry when I heard that Rick had passed. We had gone to school from V.N Jr. High through Valley College, and I last saw him with Mother's Boys in Altadena where he reminded me I traded, I think, a bike for a guitar...or vice versa. May his family treasure the time they had with him, and may he R.I.P.
