Not sure what to say?

Yearly, I have re-read messages and cards from friends, coworkers, acquaintances and family. With each one, an emotion of sorrow, joy, or peace comes into my heart. If you think of him from time to time, thank you for that.

We are saddened to learn of Rick's passing. Our sympathy and prayers to you and your family. We have good memories of Rick when we all lived on North Harrison. Will always remember Rick and his smile.

God bless you all at this trying time. I was fortunate to have worked with and spend time with such a super man. I only wish we could have spent more time together. His love for his family was ALWAYS the main topic of conversation.

I talked to Rick two times at a convenience store after delivering a load in Bethany, Mo. He treated me like he had known me forever. I wish I could have been able to know him better. The last time we talked he was sure proud of his granddaughters getting to ride in the truck with him. My son enjoys riding with his grandpa in the walmart truck. Our prayers are with your family

Our deepest sympathy to your family Rick was one of the nicest person to know.I was lucky to have met him and waited on him he loved and talked about his wife and grandkids all the time he was a great customer and friend and will be missed god bless you all

Great man. Rick, was a fantastic baseball coach and I so greatly appreciate the time he spent with me teaching the game of baseball. Condolences from the Calvert family.

Rick was an awesome friend he nicknamed our son (Houston) in Grantsville "slacker" while helping laid sod at Bob's house one day. Rick would always have us laughing at Toole bar camp at Brent's and June's place. RIP. God has a awesome person watching over family and friends. Peggy and Gary Hufford. Auburn, IN

My sympathy to Peggy, Ryan, Jason, Amy and Rick's grandchildren in his untimely death.
He was a wonderful man with a hearth of gold!
