I grew up in the neighborhood by the river on the other side of Columbus Dr. Rick & his family were wonderful friends - I have many fond memories of our times together. I will always appreciate his service as a peace officer & a loyal Jefferson High reunion worker. I know he will be greatly missed by so many.
