It was my great pleasure to work with both Rick and Rod in the late 1960s at Farrell's. Both great guys! I was in Portland recently, for the first time since 1991, and reminisced fondly about Rick with another Farrell's alum. I remember Rick's mischievous smile, his great work ethic, and his fun attitude with great affection. I extend my sincere sympathy to all of his loving family.

I remember Rick and Rod fondly as the energetic entrepreneurs of Harry's Mustache in downtown Oregon City at a time (late 1970s-early 1980s) when there was little energy in old Oregon City. Rick was a friendly, welcoming fellow to those of us who worked in downtown OC.
