Not sure what to say?

Worked with Rick for over 20 years at Glasco Electric and he was the consummate professional. He always took care of his customers to the fullest. We started in the quotation department and graduated to outside sales. He was always willing to help with any problem or question anyone had. I went to him for advice numerous times and he always gave me the right direction. If I was a customer I would want Rick as my salesman.
My condolements to his family. I know he loved the boys very...

Klotz family, So, so very sorry for the loss of your Patriarch! I worked at Glasco Electric from 1973 to 1979! Rick was always the ultimate professional and the kindest of kind human in the Electrical Industry and that is not always an easy feat! I loved how he loved his Cubbies even though i couldn't understand it when the Cardinals are in St. Louis and Glasco was on Jefferson Street! Great rivalry and always so fun! Some people just have a knack on teaching and leadership and that was...

Craig and Steve ,
I am sorry to hear of your loss. Please note your father was a great influence on me and still is. I had the pleasure of being his inside sales rep at Glasco. His hard work and dedication to his customers made me be better. I was afraid that Rick would correct me if I did not do it his way. He took the time to tell me the right way, and then when I graduated to outside sales. He was there to help me grow in the business. His long hours and daily routine I still follow...
