My husband Rick & I were sadden to learn of Rick´s passing. We have fond memories of your son mostly very funny ones he was a character full of love for all he was around. We are thinking & praying for your family.

My sincere condolences to all the family of Rick. He was so fun and funny. I remember him and Kelly Schultz hanging out at KU with my younger brother. He was always nice when he came to our house on Hope St.

We were devastated to hear about Rick. That guy was always smiling. When he would come to town he would always stop by. He was a riot and boy did he love his wife and those precious kids of his. He always brought us up to date on their lives. His Christmas card that one year was unforgettable and cracked us up. God be with your whole family during this difficult time. Offering my condolences for Rick's family and friends. I remember a young man, who was always smiling. He had a self-deprecating, fun and kind personality. His passing is too, soon! May God's tender mercies, comfort you and bring you peace.

I'll always remember Rick...he was my best friends brother and if he was around, you knew it would mean fun was going to be had by all. Sending my most heartfelt condolences to Sis, Mom and Dad Shroad and Boo.
