Not sure what to say?

The sum of an effect one life has another is impossible to know. But I can say that Rick certainly had a great and positive impact on my life. There were so many times when I felt as though I was learning in Rick's presence yet no lesson was being taught. Truly this is the mark of a fine human being. And I can think of no one with a more vibrant heart and brushfire personality than Rick Stevenson. I will miss him dearly and my thoughts, prayers and love are with his family.

Jed, Jenny, Missy, Peter, Sarah and all the rest of the family!! I wish I could be there with you all to say Good Bye. My deepest condolences. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dad Rick, thanks for lending me your ear and sharing your big hugs. I will never forget waking you and Sarah up after I had walked out of Middle Fort--(long after the horses had)... and asking or a vehicle so I could go home for a few hours of sleep before we had to talk them all back in. And I will be forever thankful for the finishing touches you added to my wedding. Gods Speed and please...give heaven a little time to adjust to your ways!!

My thoughts are with you. Rick was a wonderful person and will be missed by all that had the opportunity to know him. Kim Williams Baumann

Dear Sarah,
My luckiest times have been with Rick and yourself around Circle Bar Ranch. Rickey never failed to bring laughter to my heart with a word, joke, story or just a wink. And he shared lots of wisdom about horses and cows at the same time. We are all better-off for our connection with such a fine man.

Dear Sarah and family,
I am deeply sorry for the loss of Rick. I will always remember how sweet and tender he was toward border collies, mine included. He was a special person.
You are all in my thoughts during this difficult time,
Sarah Burt

Dear Sarah,
So sorry to hear of the passing of dear Rick. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to visit a little at the art auction last spring. We will hold you in our prayers.

Sarah and family, our thoughts are with you. We reminisce over the many fun times with Rick, and remember fondly his dry sense of humor. Hugs to you all.
