Rick Ian Suberman M.D., J.D.

I met Rick in 1966 as a classmate in medical school and co-radiology resident. Rick was not only bright, but creative. In common parlance, he was a character. It seemed that he managed to exceed the boundaries of expectations. When he left the Radiology residency at UNC, to finish up at Boston Children's, I was floored. I didn't image one could do that. I had the pleasure of working with Rick at Chapel Hill Radiology as one of his colleagues. He was always ahead of the curve and I remember him buying voice recognition technology long before it became the standard it is today. A generous gentle man. I will miss him

I was blessed to have worked for Rick at Chapel Hill Radiology. It was the best job I have ever had because Rick treated us like family. He was a good man.
