Sending love, prayers and condolences to the family and dear friends of Rick. He was such a sweetheart with wits to match anyone at any time. Everytime I saw and spoke with him, it was a delight and he truly brightened my day. You couldn't help but love Rick, his personality was so infectious. So many waves of people are missing you so very much, Rick. We love you! Thank you for being the dear person you always were.

Rick himself was a `staple´ of Lakewood. His smile and laugh will carry on. There´s always a memory you leave with after talking to or seeing him. My last memory was him sitting on the roof at Sam´s beverage looking over the parking lot. He kept calling my name and I was looking around for him and then I followed his laugh to the roof. Lol. Always a prankster. His smile and laugh were contagious! He became a family member not only to Sam´s beverage but to the whole Lakewood community. Truly...

So sorry to hear of Rick's passing at a young age. My condolences to the family and all who loved you. We will certainly miss your friendly smile and big heart! May God hold you in the hollow of his hand!

I'm so sad to learn of your death. Many years of seeing you smiling at the lakewood beverage store. Always so kind, asking how my kids are. Playing Santa for all the neighborhood families. Seeing you in the dollar store, just stopping to say hi. You were such a blessing to this world. I will miss our talks. Seeing your smiling face. I know God is happy to have you! It´s hard to believe Rickey is gone. I´m very glad I saw him at a wedding a few years ago. It had been many years. That great big smile will be what I remember most.
