Ricky Dean Buck

I had been wondering about Ricky and ran across this even though it occurred over 10 years ago. Sad to hear this. I was a student at UOP and met Ricky through the running community. We started to run together most every Sunday morning. I would run over to his house (since he lived somewhat close to campus) and pick him up at 7am and grind out our 18 mile run, talking about life, my schooling, his work, or other miscellaneous topics like the PeeWee Herman show that he would sometimes watch...

Hard to believe you've been gone 10 years now. Not one day goes by that I don't think of you and our time growing up together. Lots of water under that bridge, but you were part of the best things in my life. I am so grateful to be your bother. Miss you and love you!

I feel blessed to have had such a Awesome man as my friend, I will cherish all my memories and i have many...You will forever be in my heart and i promise to take good care of Jamie...

I was so in shock to hear that you have passed! Your love for Jamie is a love that isn't seen very much any more. I know you will watch over Jamie. She is one of the greatest people I know. I know her heart is sad now, but she will overcome this and be even stronger. You will be missed Rick. RIP.

Papa Buck was an amzing man! I am gonna miss him so much! I loved going to his house and watching him cook it was his thing :) and man did i love his BBQ sauce! We love you Papa Buck I am gonna miss you!

My father was loved by many. He was a loving father and was there for his children and grandchildren no matter what. He will always be remembered. Those that had him in their lives are missing a wonderful and amazing man.
