Ricky Joe Garcia

Ricky and I were hired at the same time at the Hidalgo County jail. We immediately became good friends and worked a lot together. I remember he had a strong passion for his job and was very proud to wear the uniform. He always displayed bravery, respect, and had great leadership skills. My condolences to his family. Our hearts are heavy as we reflect on the incredible dedication and service he brought to our school community. His kindness, will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
