Ricky Hudson

James Richard "Ricky" Hudson passed away on November 17, 2023 following an egregious battle with cancer. He was a devoted father to Whitney, Rachel and Loron, beloved son to James and Evelyn and loving brother to Clay and Kevin. Ricky's legacy is his unwavering support as a father. His love for his children knew no bounds and he dedicated himself to their happiness and well-being. He never missed an opportunity to express his love and pride for his girls. Ricky took great pride in his job as a professional driver, where he exemplified professionalism and skill on the road. His dedication to his work was evident in every mile he traveled. Ricky also had a love for riding his Harley, finding joy and freedom on the open road. Ricky will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His unforgettable laugh brought joy to everyone around him and will forever be cherished. His legacy of love, strength and perseverance will continue to inspire us. May we find solace in knowing that one day we will be reunited with him in heaven. Services will be held at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown on Sunday, November 19, 2023.  Visitation will be from 10am-2pm with funeral service immediately following. The service will be officiated by Karl Hudson. Pallbearers: Clay Hudson, Chance Hudson, Jake Hudson, Todd Hudson, Chris Hudson, Tommy Lamberson, William Hardin and Stephen Nokes. Interment will be at Hunter Memorial Park.
