Riley was the best Co-girl scout leader ever to Cindy! One of the greatest souls that will truly be missed.

I met Riley in 9th grade at Spaulding Jr High in Forestville MD. We both had Dads in the USAF at Andrews AFB. Riley was even then... tall, blond, handsome, a great swimmer, and outgoing. Dear Cindy & family, I am so sorry for your loss. The world was a much better place for having had Riley in it. He was a good & honorable man. Knew him in the AF while stationed at Rhein Main, Germany.
