Not sure what to say?

Thinking of Rita always brings a smile to my face. She lit up the world and had a way of making the person in her presence feel very special. She enriched lives, including mine, and I'm going to miss her. My sympathies to all of her family and friends - she was one special lady.

I have such fond memories of Mrs. Attebery as the mother of my very good friends, Glen & Jim. Even though it has been many years I still remember her kindness and welcoming nature when visiting the Attebery home. I am so sorry for the loss.

Rita was so very special and a great asset to Alaska Airlines. She was someone that lived her faith and let God's love shine through her.

What better way to start your day than to have Rita smiling at you and saying good morning! She was one of the most kind women I have met. Always gracious, sweet and nothing but nice things to say to you. Very beautiful, inside and out and a class act. You are missed by so many and will always be remembered. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends that are all feeling the pain of losing such a lovely woman.

We shared special times as friends, but I was just one of...

Rita was a special person to so many. Thank you for sharing her with us. Our hearts break with yours.

Rita, you were a classy lady. I will always remember you, as you were on my interview board at Alaska Airlines. You always had a kind word, and a warm smile. God bless you!

Rita had the most wonderful and joyous spirit! Every interaction with Rita left you with a smile on your face. Heaven truly is blessed with an angel!

Rita will always be remembered as our "Queen" of the Bellingham High Class of 1960. Her beautiful smile and deep faith will live on in our hearts and mind. I am thankful for that last visit with her and knowing that she is with our Lord.
