Rita "Claire" Callan

Claire was the program director at WMU when I was an OT student. She was kind to students. I was sorry to hear of her passing. Deepest sympathy & prayers to her family.

So sad to lose my good friend. We were OT students at the U of I, then worked together in Chicago. We married a month apart and shared holidays and dinner dates. We retired to Florida and looked forward to being with Pat and Claire for three precious months each year.We enjoyed good wine and chocolate together. She will be greatly missed. My prayers are with Ruth and Joe at this sad time. She loved you both very much

So sorry to hear about your mother. She always said hello when I would see her in church and was always so kind. Thinking of you and your family.

So sorry to hear about Claire's passing. She was always so good to me as a child. I spent a lot of time at their house when I was younger. She will be missed.

Claire was a gracious and friendly woman--quiet but vivid, endowed with a good sense of humor, genial. She was a pleasant presence at any gathering.

Claire was a wonderful department chair and mentor at WMU's occupational therapy program. I am so sorry that she has passed on any my thoughts and prayers are for her family.
