Rita Ann Comko

I worked with Rita at Akron General Medical Center in the Care Manager Department when she worked there in her latter nursing career. I just now learned of her passing this past October & wanted to express my sincere sympathies. She was a dear sweet & spunky lady who often spoke of "Honey" who I believe was her grandson. She left an indelible mark on Akron General & has family as well. May God fill each of you with His peace that surpasses understanding.

Fond memories of Rita harken back to the 1960s when Jane and I were their next-door neighbors. We had so much fun; playing cards (we taught ourselves to play Bridge), playing practical jokes on each other, and sharing the challenges of our growing families-my deepest sympathy to her family.

David and I were early childhood friends. His mother left me with many fun lasting memories. Mostly the "Cardiac Brick" she would throw at her television when the Cleveland Browns played. (DUH) Although the miles between us have kept us apart I will alway cherish them. Best wishes- David & Dawn Turk

So sorry to hear of Rita's passing. We went to Parma High together & worked on our Class of 1955 reunions. She will be missed from our Class Reunion this month.
