Rita was a one of a kind person and so special that it isn't easy to find the exact words to describe her. She was a woman of love and strength and I will never forget the many times we sat around her table talking until the wee hours of the morning. She was more than my best's mother, she was a mentor to me and a wonderful friend who was wise beyond her years. Rita is with us all and her spirit will live forever.
