Rita M. Hennessy

Godspeed Aunt Rita. A life well-lived. We are proud to bring the family name into a new era with five surviving male Hennessy relatives: Thomas Bryan, Thomas Bryan, II, Matthew Connor, Jack Thomas and Dean Bryan. Hennessy generations.

I've never forgotten how all these years, and I think of her from time to time so fondly. As her hairdresser for a while, we had such interesting and beautiful conversations. I thought of her very highly and loved our time together. I'm sorry to hear she's gone.

My condolences to Carol, Connie and Pat. I have such great memories of the Lancaster and the Quaker. It was over 60 years ago when I first wandered into the Lancaster Shop and met the Hennessy girls. Rita was a lovely and classy woman.

Remember Rita fondly as well as her sisters

Rest in Peace & thanks for the great memories. Growing up on Bement Avenue, our outings to the Quaker Gift Shop were some of the best times of our lives. We got to peruse the exquisite items in there with strict warnings from our parents not to break anything!!!

So very sorry to hear of Rita passing. Loved the Quaker Gift Shop and Lancaster Shop as well. Bought many wedding gifts for family and friends still miss seeing the wonderful sisters. So very sorry for your loss.
