To the family....My sincere condolences. My brother Daryl sent me the obituary a few days ago as I live on the west coast and was unaware of how ill she had been. I was so sorry to hear of Rita's passing. Even though I haven't been in touch with her for many, many years, I always remember my cousin as being a very special and kind person. She always held a special place in my heart because of the type of person she was. When we lived in Little Gap, (my parents were Lloyd & Lorraine...

I am so sorry for your loss of Rita.....I was saddened at seeing the write-up in the paper. I was her hairstylist up until 2 years ago and lost contact with her but often thought about Rita and our conversations about family, work, church and "sharing" recipes. She will be missed by all. My condolences to the family and may God bless you all !
