Rita will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Rita once told me it was her work with the 3M LGBTQ employee resource network that mattered more than anything else throughout her 42 yr 3M career. I can sincerely say she had a strong impact on me, 3M, and anyone else that knew her. Her legacy lives on.
