Rita was such a great lady. We worked together in the 80´s. She was one of the hardest working, fair, and knowledgeable people with whom I ever worked. And she did it all with grace and good humor. As quick with a smile and laugh as she was with a decision. Rest In Peace, Rita. Peace to all her family.
