Rita M. Mahoney

I grew up in St. Helens and now live in The Dalles. I spent many hours in the Beeson home. Mrs Beeson was like a second mother to me. I would like to contact Pat, Sharon, Kathy, or Joanie.

To the Mahoney family.

I first met Rita and Dave and Pat Blacks place on
SW Hamilton. (Before Reflection Ln), She certainly was a lovely young lady that Cecil was courting. Seven kids are here thanks to their
marriage. Quite a family to be thankful for.
May God continue to comfort and heal the hearts
of the Mahoney family.

In the early '60s I was asked to be a roommate with Pat and Rita which was by Good Samaritan Hospital where Pat and I worked. They were wonderful to live with and we had many fun times. So sad to hear of her passing.

Please accept my condolences. Rita was a very special lady. I remember that picture of her and all of Nell and Ed's kids in frames around the wall of their St. Helens house. I see in the obituary that Rita and Cecil where married in 1962. I seem to remember having a beer at their wedding reception at the Moose Hall in St. Helens and when returning to school with beer on my breath I was told to go home. But that had to be 1960. Maybe I dreamed it. All my best wishes to the Mahoney and Beeson...
