Rita passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017. Rita was a resident of New Castle, Delaware at the time of passing. A visitation will be held Thursday, December 28, 2017, from 10-11 AM at Strano & Feeley Family Funeral Home, 635 Churchmans Rd., Newark, DE 19702 followed by a service in celebration of Rita's life at 11 AM. Burial will be private.
