Not sure what to say?

Growing up in South Carolina, I missed out on getting to know my Regan relatives in the Chicago area. But every Christmas (and often on St. Patrick's Day), I received a handwritten note from Aunt Rita telling me all about her beloved family. She was the conduit that made me feel connected to each one of them.

I had just responded to Aunt Rita's Christmas letter, telling her how much it touched me, when I learned that she had passed away. I know she will be terribly missed by her...

We are so sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom. She was such a kind and loving person. She loved all of you so very much. We had so many good times at the ol' uptown in Berwyn!! On behalf of the Gentilini Family, our prayers and thoughts are with you.

Love,
The Gentilini Family

So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. I remember her as a kind and considerate person. We lost our dad just a couple of weeks ago (almost 92). I guess we have plenty to pray for and much to be thankful for. On behalf of the Dobry's, you are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Rita was a special lady, we had so much that we shared. She was so proud of her wonderful family. Rita referred to her grandchildren as "angels". My deepest sympathy to all of you. Here is one of the poems I am fond of and gives me comfort:
Weep not for me though
I am gone into that gentle night
Grieve if you will, but not for long
upon my soul's sweet flight.
I am at peace, my soul's at rest
There is no need for tears.
For with your love I was so blessed
for all...
