Rita Shratt

Fred and Rita were the loveliest people to know. My late cousins, John & Betty Swanson, loved them both and enjoyed the stories that went with every frame they purchased at Four Winds. I then started becoming a regular and Fred's "pest", bringing in everything to be more artistically enhanced with his beautiful framing. Dear Maria: Our heart goes out to you. You have been such a blessing to Rita, we remember her fondly at Merrill Gardens. We loved when sister, Elizabeth would visit from Dublin and tell us stories. May God bless you and comfort you during this hard time.

Lots of good memories of Rita & Fred. Had the Baskin-Robbin shop across the street from the shop. Have many wonderfully framed art & photos. Lovely couple.Rest in Peace Rita
