A Dear Mother and a friend; You will be missed Mrs. Slocik. Mrs. Slocik always made sure I had somewhere to go on the holidays- She always included me in as family. I'll always have fond memories of Mrs. Slocik. God bless her, and her family.

We were so sorry to learn of Rita's passing. She and I worked together at Kemper Insurance 35 years ago. Rita was the streetwise kid from Chicago/Berwyn and I was the sheltered suburban brat. The other girls couldn't figure out why Rita and I would make such a connection. She and Steve fixed me up with a friend and we even double dated a couple of times. I bought the Steve's 1963(?) Bonneville which I then sold to my boyfriend - now my husband after he had an accident with it. Boy the...
