I am Heather Powell's father. Heather's circle of friends included Rita. Heather will miss her very much. Heather's boys often saw Rita and she was a friend to them as well. Rita was at my home just recently. My wife and I send our condolescences to the family and Rita's friends. I will be at the service tomorrow.
