I grew up with Annie in my everyday life!! She taught me how to do the Charleston dance with my grandmother Mary Fish!! My fonest memories was watching my nana, and boompa, and Annie and Horst dancing in Annie's basment rec room. She would tell me they were tripping the light fantastic. I'm not 50 and hearing her say that still resonates! I bet she up there right now doing the Charleston with her beloved and my grandparents!! Oceans of love Annie!! Did Rita live near State St School in a beautiful white home with huge gorgeous wooden doors in the front? If so she was my neighbor for 12 yrs and she was such a neat lady. We exchanged great stories.
