I first met Rita at the Salvation Army thrift store in Chittenango and we soon became good friends. I looked forward to our weekly in-store visits and occasionally talking with her on the phone. She was a beautiful soul, kind-hearted, witty, and very down-to-earth. She always made me smile, and I will miss her very much. My condolences to her family and friends.
