Not sure what to say?

Rita was a great teacher. Butted heads with her a couple of times however, in a good way. May she rest in peace. God bless you.

I am saddened by the passing of a great lady. She taught me many things. She was my science teacher at OLMA.

While I was one of Ms Varga's students at OLMA, she shared many words of wisdom with us on which I still rely and for which I will always be grateful. Peace to her family.

Kathryn R. Sylvester, Esq. OLMA Class of 1986

I was SO lucky to have Ms.Varga as my high school science teacher! We were devistated to see her leave but knew she was going to something she loved, research. Please know you are in my thoughts & prayers & she is resting in the palm of His hand.

Ms. Varga was my teacher at OLMA. She was a wonderful person and always ready for a good laugh. My deepest sympathy to her family, she will be greatly missed.

So sorry to hear of the passing of Ms. Varga. She was my Science Teacher for my years at OLMA. Her teachings helped to lead me to my career in nursing. Glad she happily continued on in her field of Science. God Bless.

So sorry to hear of Ms Vargas passing. She was my high school science teacher in the 80's back at OLMA. She had one of the brightest smiles I can ever recall! Such a warm, yet took no nonsense type of person. I still recall her favorite quote "there's two kinds of knowledge. Knowing it and knowing where to find it." She was so proud of her work at the cdc when I met her at a reunion years later. May she rest in peace knowing she touched so many lives throughout her life. Gone too soon...

So sorry for your loss. Ms. Vargas was my high school science teacher at OLMA. She always challenged her students to think and till this day I use things in my everyday life I learned in her classes. Rest in peace.

I had Ms. Varga as a teacher at our lady of mercy Acd. In New Jersey. I was not very science oriented and likely drove her a bit bats. But 30 years later I still find myself quoting her that "there are 2 kinds of knowledge. Knowing it and knowing where to find it." She will surely be missed.
