Dear Mom V, - I am so sorry that I could not be with you, holding your hand, assuring you that you were indeed a good mother-in-law in your last moments. You worried so about that. Isolation in a hospital during Covid times was a terrible thing. - I still think gratefully of the times when you shared confidences that boosted my morale and gave me hope. - Thanks, Mom. I have fond memories of enrolling Rita into Medicare Advantage Health Insurance a few years ago. My sincere condolences and prayers to family and friends. May she RIP.

I will always remember Rita coming to our service at the Landing; singing with us and telling us about her daughter Nancy. And will also remember how much she loved to dance, and did whenever she got the chance or if you asked her to. And she could move! Thank you Rita for the smiles you not only brought to my heart, but the heart of all who were in your presence.

I will miss Rita, or 'Grandma' as she preferred to be called, so very much. At the end of every weekly visit for church and lunch she would say, " We had a lot of laughs today didn't we"? We sure did Grandma - rest easy now.
