Rita Robins Warren

A very kind, creative soul. I used to pick her up to go to the J for exercise class. She insisted on giving one of her homemade Cheese Cakes. When I mentioned her death those in the class who remembered her sighed visualizing her memory.

My nephew, Jonathan, is married to Rita's granddaughter, Abra. And that is how Rita came into my life. I loved our warm telephone conversations and listening to her perspectives on life. Further, until her eyesight failed her, her regular emails throughout the pandemic delighted the recipients as they dealt with the isolation that Covid created. She touched and positively influenced countless lives through her gifted skills as an educator. I will miss her greatly. I loved her very much.
