Since I live out of state I check the Syracuse paper on the internet and was so sad to see Rita's obituary.
Rita and my mother, Edith Fazio, were long time friends and Rita and her mother were a special part of my growing up years. My brother and I spent many happy times at Mrs. Pettrone's house with Rita and my mother. We kept in touch on a limited basis during all these years.
