Chappy was a cherished person to all in our neighborhood. Always stopping to say hello on his way by our house. He was one of the rare ones who always took the time to organize and get together us all for celebrations throughout the year. What a special person to have known and who surely will be missed by everyone who knew him.

I knew Chappy my whole life. We were neighbors and close friends. I will miss him so very much. He was a legend in his own time. He was the smartest man I ever knew, and the most independent. He was very much a part of our family as well as his sister Margaret. They spent the Christmas holidays with us. I went to most all of the New Years Eve parties he put on.The neighborhood will not be the same without him.He was a great friend to me. I will never forget him.Much Love

My heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. I had the pleasure to work for many years with "Chappy" at Sears in Coral Gables. He was a great person, great human being. Him and I also shared the passion for airplanes and we were always talking about flying and vintage aircrafts.
